Become a Community Lead with the Black Cowboy Coalition

The Black Cowboy Coalition Community Leads Initiative empowers passionate individuals to represent the Coalition in their local communities across the United States. As a Community Lead, you'll help expand our movement by organizing events, recruiting members, and educating others about the rich history and culture of Black cowboys.

Why Become a Community Lead?

What You'll Do:

*Represent the Coalition in your city or region.

*Promote our mission, cultural heritage, and more.

*Coordinate local events and group activities.

*Grow and manage members, and local supporters.

What You’ll Gain:

*Opportunities for leadership opportunities, training, and cross-community networking.

*Free / discounted Black Cowboy Co. apparel.

*Recognition on our website and social media.

*Exclusive swag (pins, patches, bandanas, etc).

Community Leads will have ability to:

*Join the Black Cowboy Coalition at Trail Rides, Events, Workshops, Etc.

*Partner with Black Cowboy Coalition Team on Agricultural Workshops, and related events.
